EU-Mercosur
Our work on the EU-Mercosur Association Agreement
About this topic
EU-Mercosur is a free-trade deal, it is a neocolonial product that seeks to maintain and expand the import of raw materials and cheap animal fodder, meat, and biofuels. It is based on a fundamentally unjust trade. It will maintain an unjust trade relationship. The EU-Mercosur free trade agreement will only further cement this relationship, it will lock in the Mercosur countries in the role of exporter of primary resources and an importer of technological products.
